How to order

  1. Select the product section you are interested in on the left in the catalog.
  2. Having found the required product, place it in the cart. To do this, click on the basket icon. For ease of selection, there is a description and an enlarged image. You can view this information by clicking on the product name.
  3. After selecting a product, the contents of your cart will automatically appear; you can go to the more complete contents of the cart using the appropriate link. The cart contains information about the cost of the goods and the total amount of the order.
  4. If you are a registered user, then to continue working in the online store you must provide your username and password. If you are not registered, then in the “registration” section, enter information about yourself. There are additional fields for corporate clients.
  5. Attention! Please check that you have provided all the required information correctly. If the data is incorrect or missing, we will not be able to fulfill your order.
  6. Once your shopping cart is complete, you can proceed to checkout. Specify the methods of payment and delivery of the goods (in the additional text field you can enter comments on the order or requirements for the product that are not included in the catalog) and click the "Place an order" button.
  7. Please indicate your desired delivery time in the additional field “Your wishes and comments on the order.”
  8. If you want to still view the products in the store and place an order later, then you need to click the "Recalculate" button. Then information about the selected items in the cart will be saved until you enter the store again. The data is saved only if you are already registered in the store.
  9. In the "Service" section you can monitor the completion of your order.
  10. The assortment of our online store is constantly updated, so you can use the “Search” function.

Confirmation of an order

  1. After placing an order on the website, a notification must be sent to your email address confirming the order made, which will indicate: the date the order was placed, the order number, the list of goods ordered, the amount of the order and your personal data.
  2. If there is no confirmation, your order was placed incorrectly. To make sure that your order has been accepted, please check your e-mail.
  3. You will also receive notifications about changes in the status of your order (processed, shipped, paid, fulfilled) to your email address.
