• The warehouse of NPP ELCAR LLC is located on the territory of CJSC Moskabelmet (CJSC MKM) at the address: Moscow, 2nd Kabelny Proezd. no. 2, p. 18.

  To get to the warehouse of NPP ELCAR LLC you need:

  If your vehicle has a carrying capacity of over 1.5 tons:

  1. Call the representative of NPP ELKAR LLC at the warehouse by phone: 926-873-42-12 and order a pass;
  2. Drive up to checkpoint No. 3 (point 3 on the diagram);
  3. Contact the pass office No. 2 (point 3 on the diagram) and get a pass. If you have any questions, contact a representative of NPP ELKAR LLC at the warehouse at your local tel. 83-12 (phone number is in the pass office No. 2);
  4. Entry through checkpoint No. 3 (point 3 on the diagram). The warehouse of NPP ELKAR LLC is located 50 meters from checkpoint No. 3 on the left side: from the checkpoint, drive to the nearest corner of the building, turn left, drive across the railway road, go up the ramp on the left side and drive up to gate 7.
  5. Exit through checkpoint No. 1 (point 1 on the diagram, central gate).

  If your vehicle has a carrying capacity of up to 1.5 tons:

  1. Call the representative of NPP ELCAR LLC at the warehouse by phone: 926-873-42-12 and order a pass;
  2. Entry through checkpoint No. 2 (point 2 on the diagram). The warehouse of NPP ELKAR LLC is located 300 meters from checkpoint No. 2 (keep to the right), go towards checkpoint No. 3
  3. Exit through checkpoint No. 2 (callout 2 on the diagram).

  The point for issuing orders from the online store NPP ELKAR LLC is located at the address: Moscow, 2nd Kabelny proezd. 2, building 2, in the premises of entrance No. 3 of the plant ZAO Moskabelmet (ZAO MKM).

  Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10-00 to 18-00, without lunch break. Saturday and Sunday are days off.

  

  

  • You can receive the ordered goods by pick-up at the order delivery point or order delivery by courier.
  • In most cases, the goods can be picked up on the day of order. It arrives at the order pick-up point within 1-2 hours after the order is confirmed by the manager.
  • Before arriving at the order pick-up point, be sure to check availability and agree on the time of arrival with the manager, who will contact you by email or phone.
  • The order is stored at the point of issue for no more than 2 working days, after which it is returned to the central warehouse.
  • Please note that the order pick-up point is not a store or showroom.
  • Payment Methods:
    • cash upon receipt of goods;
    • MASTER or VISA cards upon receipt of goods;
    • transfer to a Sberbank card*.
